Is Tela Tequila Lying About Not Drinking On The Night Of The Attack?

Situations like this make it difficult to always believe the victim. Tela Tiquila who allegedly was choked by foot ball player Shawne Merriman is denying the accusations that she was drunk that evening. Shawne Merriman states that she was drunk and he was holding her in his home for her safety. Tequila claims she is allergic to alcohol. However the club owner is claiming that he saw Tela throwing them back like a pro. Who do we believe here?
