Beyonce Being Sued…. Again. Can You Guess By Who?

Poor Beyonce can’t catch a break. Clothing Company Abercrombie and Fitch who are notorious for avoiding having any minorities in their ads are suing her over her perfume’s name ” Sasha Fierce”. They claim that it is a rip off of their cologne “Fierce” . Abercrombie has already filed a federal lawsuit and has sent Beyonce’s camp cease and desist letters; which they rejected. The company is claiming that consumers will be confused by the similarity in names. I don’t even know anyone who wears Fierce cologne or Abercrombie And Fitch for that matter. On another note, what heterosexual man would wear a cologne called “Fierce”? Moving on! Also, doesn’t Beyonce have “people” around her to protect her from these mishaps? Like when she was thinking of the name shouldn’t someone have already been aware that there was a cologne out named “Fierce”? Or were they like me and everyone else and never heard of the s**t. Beyonce will lawyer up and the drama will ensue. Hold on to your seats!
