There Is No Singular Definition Of Beauty

The following video is in part to blame for the reason why men and women have a distorted view of beauty. We see images in media outlets that have been touched up, redone, and worked over and this is what we judge ourselves against. There is not yellow brick road to beauty. There is no one definition for beauty. We push these unrealistic terms and goals on beauty and when someone does not meet them, and no one ever TRULY does, we think that they are not measuring up. Which is the reason why I push self love. No amount of surgery and or touching up can make up for that. Once the media gives us their definition of beauty, at the end of the day, there is just you.
