CZA The CEO Guest Writing
I know I’m a little behind the curve on this one but I wanted to make sure everyone had a chance to check it out before I weighed in on it because, as usual, we’re spinning it a different way. I’ve always liked Will the businessman and Will the interview guest. I even like a few of his movies. What I admire most about my man is how efficiently he runs his ship. This isn’t a brand new thing either, he’s been talking about this concept for a while now and this with the family is a natural continuation of his forethought.
Jada, she’s bad and all, but what makes her undeniably sexy in my eyes is her unobtrusive wit and how she carries herself. That translates into well mannered and adjusted kids. This in turn allows Will to worry about plotting the course; this is probably as close as I’ve ever seen come to a perfect relationship. Real life does get in the way sometimes and I’m sure just like other couples they’ve had their disagreements and the kids have acted out of turn before but you know what, the family is bigger than the individual to all parties involved and that taken into account helps keep everyone disciplined. This very same family model is one I aim to replicate for myself and if you’re smart, you would too.
1. Family honor…
To create the family unit like this, you, your wife and your children have to have the perspective that any action take by you is reflected on the clan and shame cannot be permitted. I know it sounds harsh but it is a surefire way to keep everyone in line with their responsibilities. You can look back at the feudal days in Japan for inspiration here. Nothing came before honor of the whole even at the expense of personal individuality. You wouldn’t have seen boys jumping on Youtube singing “Single Ladies” in skinny jeans and man purses.
You wouldn’t see the shenanigans on WorldStar with kids fighting each other over the most inane things; families were about respect for yourself through respect for the family and any outburst like that would be severely punished. The Smith family is reminiscent of that. Every time you see them in public they are organized, poignant and unfazed by the stupidity of trends and ingrained stereotypical cattiness. They aren’t better than the next family, they just understand the family worth and actively protect that….. Don’t Be Lazy….To Read The Rest Go To AmbitionIsSexy
