If you haven’t heard Ciara’s video for Ride was banned from BET. I’m sensing that there is a bit of a double standard in R and B. Men are allowed to be more sexual in their videos and concerts versus women in R and B who are expected to tone it down. Think about Trey Songz, R. For those who know me or at least pay the slightest bit of attention to my rants on Facebook and Twitter, you would know that I have lost a total of 36 pounds since February of last year.
