Make it stop. Please! When I first saw the new cover for XXL which features 50 Cent and Soljah Boy one of the first things that came to mind aside from the word “lame” was the word “gay”. Not gay in the way that people use it now to say something is lame or stupid. But gay in the homosexual way. There is more than one urban definition of it now. I think it is hilariously funny when rappers who say they are heterosexual and make all of these claims of sexual conquests with women in their music, turn around and do things that make them seem like they are down low. I won’t make you wait any longer. Let me talk my s**t. Here are the reasons why I think the cover looks gay.

1. They are both shiny and glistening and 50 cent has a sleeveless shirt on with his arm muscles out. Need I say more?

2. 50 Cent has a white mask over his face. I guess it was supposed to add to his criminal illuminati like facade that rappers like to portray but we all know aren’t real. Unfortunately his expression made him look soft. Something about his eyes being so slanted under that mask. It is like he tried too hard to appear “hard”. He used to not have to make an effort to look tough. Guess those million dollar business deal make you lose street cred. He looks like he is in the gay Taliban.

3. Soljah Boy is holding his crotch. Why a grown man would do this while letting another man hold him, I will never know.

4. 50 Cent has immediate rear access to Soljah Boy. No really, he is standing intrusively close behind Soljah Boy. His crotch had to have brushed up against him during this photo shoot at least 3 or 4 times. Only by accident though…. (side eye).

5. Soljah Boy doesn’t have a shirt on. He refuses to wear one on most occasions it would seem. Even if he knows a big burly man will be cradling him during the photo shoot.

6. 50 Cent has his arm around him. He already looks like a predator with the mask on. But the arm being placed around Soljah Boy so effortlessly makes it look like he is about to lean in for a kiss. Muah!

7. Where in the hell did 50 Cent’s tattoos go? Were they like the s**t that comes with the gum that you rub on your skin after you wet it and it stays on for a day and then peels? Why airbrush out the tattoos? I guess he did that so that he can be taken seriously in the film industry for consideration of future roles. Although anyone who saw 50′s self written and self financed movie “Before I Self Destruct” wont be able to. Plus the film exes know that you are a thug. Well, a millionaire thug. They like that ghetto s**t. It excites them because they know that the suburban kids admire thugs and will eat it up. Therefore they can capitalize off your ghetto antics. Why stop now 50?

They both just look incredibly lame and like they are both trying so hard to get our attention and we are all trying so hard to actually care. No one cares about either one of these rappers any more. 50 Cent’s last few albums have went wood. While Soljah Boy… Is his rap career even worth me describing?
