Am I the only one who is perplexed over why Rihanna decided to turn down Play Boy’s offer? I mean, she already has pretty much bared it all for the world to see it on her album covers and in magazine spreads. Why not go for the gold and make extra cash while doing so? Sell out a few magazines as well. If you put your body out for display for everyone then you should assume that everyone would feel obligated to see it at their disposal. For God sakes on the cover of GQ you could see her nipples. Oh the smell of hypocrisy…Smells like a mix of tuna fish and dirt.

Besides, PlayBoy isn’t just a trashy nudey mag. They are on the top of the food chain when it comes to trashy nudey mags. They are one of the few that can manage to do classy spreads if requested. Honestly, I’m just not understanding the logic here. So you will go naked for an album cover or a magazine spread for millions to see but posing for a nudey mag for millions to see is beneath you? Sounds a bit hypocritical to me Rih-Rih.. In fact, Rihanna has already posed semi nude for GQ and FHM magazine. I would include the nude pictures of her that leaked but I am not convinced that she was behind those so I will let those slide. Note that I am not saying that Rihanna or any other artist should not show their body. They have the right to do as they please. But just don’t be hypocritical about it.

I never will understand the logic behind some celebrities and their decisions. You allow sex to be the motivation behind the majority of your music and your career and then you are insulted when someone wants you to show that a** and make it clap. If you are an artist, any artist, that sells sex in order to stay relevant and chart topping then do not try to defend what you do as being any better than a chick in a skin magazine. Oh but no need to worry, because if their career ever falls off; Rihanna and other celebs alike will quickly rush out to do a PlayBoy cover in order to gain as much exposure as they can. It might not happen now. Check for some of your favorite celebs to be posing nude in about ten years or so. Desperation can be a pretty lady sometimes. They say she also has a pretty mouth.
