Check out her new video for the single “Brave”. The video is a little on the boring side as I have never been a fan of staring a video that only has an artist standing there singing to the camera. However, I dig the meaning behind the songs. I also loved her look. Thoughts?

For those who know me or at least pay the slightest bit of attention to my rants on Facebook and Twitter, you would know that I have lost a total of 36 pounds since February of last year. I went from weighing 210 pounds to weighing 174 pounds. My goal is to be around 155-165 pounds. My maximum weight would be 165 pounds. I will make my mind up once I get there.
