Another 60 billboards went up around Oakland saying “Black & Beautiful,” in a campaign run by the Issues For Life Foundation, an offshoot of the Radiance group. It is another attack on Black women. I wrote a post about it months ago describing my irritation not only with the constant attacks on Black women, but also the attacks on a woman’s choice to decide whether she wants to be a mother or not.

Black women are always targeted...its a way of life in America and other wannabe euro and euro nations. Just stop reading into it and you'll be happier and make better decisions for your personal life. Who wants to praise all the women like me that had children young and made a great life for me and mine...who??? not the billboard co. adn the other co.'s out there that so kindly display these images for stupids to look at. Stop feeding into the numbers and the categories of their way and get your own.
I dont think its an attack on black women, numbers dont lie. I read your old post and did some research myself and was shocked to see the numbers of abortions by aa women. Far as a womans choice to be a mother, that choice was made when she decided to have unprotected sex, not to mention the possibility of aids which the numbers are very high in african americans. Everything isnt always about black and white (even though were still looked down upon)you have to take some resposibility for your actions. ladies you have all the power, tell the man no condom, no sex. For those who know me or at least pay the slightest bit of attention to my rants on Facebook and Twitter, you would know that I have lost a total of 36 pounds since February of last year.
