We have all seen it sistas. A fine chocolate brotha walking down the street. We give him the eye to see if he is peeping us peeping him. To no avail, he continues on walking until he meets his date. To your surprise it is none other than a White girl. But not just any White girl. Nah, not even one that has it going on so much so that you would not dare hate. Instead this fool is froclicking around with a big, burly, fat and juicy style, sloppy White woman whose aroma is of trailer trash and unemployment checks. In shock, you question to yourself, what in the (insert curse word here) could he possibly see in her? Well, like they say, beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Perhaps she is the most beautiful woman in the world in his eyes. Perhaps looks doesn’t matter to him and he digs her soul. All these things could be true. Or perhaps there are other devious devices in the works. Could it be that this brotha is with her for less genuine reasons? More superficial, petty reasoning that only makes sense in the mind of another superficial individual? Absolutely.
Now before someone gets all high and mighty, I know that not everyone cares about looks, beauty is only skin deep and other kumbaya type s**t. This post is not about that. This post is for the superficial. For the brothas who date White women purposely and for purely superficial reasoning. If this does not apply to you then you have no reason to trip. You see, I could care less if you fall in love with a White , Black, or even a purple woman genuinely and decide that she is your world and with whom you want to be with. I can respect a man like that in fact. What pisses me off is when Black men purposely date White women for purely frivulous reasoning. So, I conjured up a quick list of said reasons.
1. Pretty Babies
Some people are under the illusion that mixed babies are prettier than Black babies. So, in order to for them to have an attractive, “good haired” child, they need to pro-create with someone of another race. They may also feel that bi-racial children have better opportunities or are treated better by society as a whole. There is Nothing like a good haired high yellow baby! If it ain’t bright, it just aint right damn you! Your moma don’t want you bringing home a chocolate headed ass baby Tyrone!
2. Ego Stroke
For some Black men, there is nothing like having a White woman on their arms. It makes them feel warm inside. A White woman on their arms makes them feel as if they have accomplished something in life. It makes them feel special or like a “big man” because a White woman wanted them. It confirms their attractiveness. Sometimes it also impresses their friends which is an added bonus. Dating an exotic looking women a’ la Kim Kardashian also has similar affects. The media also assists in creating the illusion that White women are the iconic image of beauty. This further assists in the attraction. Tyrone- “Ise made it Mama! The White women sho do love me!”

3. Stereotypes
Some Black men hate sistas. Rather, they hate the stereotype that they box all sistas in. They fall for the stereotype that Black women have nasty dispositions and are always angry so they decide that is brighter on the other side. For some reason, some Black men feel that no other woman in the world has a feisty attitude. Or they may have had experiences dating Black women that were negative in the past and hold on to those experiences and let that be the deciding factor for dating all Black women. Instead of taking it on an individual basis.

4. Self Hate And Other Self Esteem Issues
Some Black men have esteem issues where they subconsciously dislike being Black and therefore purposely seek White women only because on some levels it separates them from their own race. It helps them deal with their own self hate issues with skin complexion and color.
5. White Women Are Stereotyped To Be More Sexual
Some Black men are under the impression that White women are more sexually adventurous than Black women. They feel that White women will do things in the bed that most Black women will not. The White woman is the one that will fulfill all of his fantasies without complaint and make it her business to be his little sex freak and keep him happy. While, they assume that a Black woman will be more sexually selfish and unwilling to be as sexually open. Which is far from the truth. Every woman has her own individual sexual appetite and which has more to do with her personally than her race.
6. She Pays To Play
It is a well known observation in most urban settings that some brothas will set out to date a White woman who might not be attractive and play the hell out of her. His goal is not to love her, care for her, or any other virtuous reasons. Rather to manipulate, lie, and sex his way into her wallet. Some White women, often those with low self esteem, are just happy to have a brotha in their face and in between their legs. So they are willing to donate to him their last dollar for his foolishness. “Tyrone, you need me to pay your car note cause your check is gonna be short? Okay baby.” Or.. “Tyrone, you need to borrow my car all day and leave me stranded at home? Okay, if you really need it baby.” Now I am not saying that sistas do not fall prey to brothas like Tyrone because we do. All women do at some time. However some brothas know that they can be at certain advantage with a White women easier than with a Black women. They crave this advantage so they seek out the easier prey.

I find a lot of white women that only date black men, have very serious race issues. I think Black men ONLY date white women, not only have race issues similar to that of their white women, but these black men also have issues with their pride. A lot of these successful black men that only date white women, do so because on a subconscious level they hate being black, and they hate the stereotypes associated with being black, they think if they have a good career and a white woman (or just the white woman) they will be viewed like a "nigga/er" by society. That's all it is. They don't want to be seen as inferior and a white woman on their arm can make them feel like more of a man. I am a black woman, but I am not attracted to black men, or any other colored man. I am attracted to women (I prefer much black women, but will date a white woman). So I couldn't care less if a black man wants me or not. What I care about is the embarrassment I feel when a black man sacrifices his man pride to drool over his master's daughter. If someone's been telling me for 500 years that I am an animal who cannot control myself when I white woman enters the room, you won't EVER catch me with one of them, even if i did want one.
The stereotypes of black women on TV are just off the wall. I watch a lot of TV and there isn't one show that doesn't have something ignorant to say about black women. When in reality I've met single black and white mothers who are dependent on government aid. I've had white women be nasty to me as well as black women. I've been all over the US& Canada and all the stereotypes against black women...I've seen them in white women as well. It's the same shit!! But guess what? America is a very conservative place, a place unwilling to change with modern times, and people are very very comfortable with the racial hierarchy. God forbid they stopped portraying the "ghetto, ignorant, angry, black woman" on TV. Hollywood would be bankrupt. Subconsciously white people feel comfortable seeing black people as inferior.
